To enable WoL on Windows 10, use these steps: 1- Open Settings. Click on Network & Internet. 2- Click the Advanced tab. 3- Select the Wake on Magic Packet option. 4- Use the "Value" drop-down menu and select the Enabled option.  Hopefull it could be of some help.
