The 10G SFP+ LR module is used to connect Huawei S5720S-28X-LI-AC and H3C S7003E (port No. 23), but there is no connection.

Solution:The first step is do single port self-loop test and find the problem is from H3C S7003E (port No. 23). Check the switch specification and find port 23 is on data rate of Gigabit, only port 25-28 are on 10 Gigabit. Ask the customer to test on port 25. It works perfectly. The problem is solved.

Tips:Make sure the data rates of optic and switch port are consistent before connection.
