I have checked the datasheet of Netgear ms510txpp switch and confirmed that the switch has a 10G SFP+ port. Generally, this 10gbase-sr sfp+ module will work well with your switch. Base on the information we have known, we recommend that you can force switch port speed configuration to 10G to see if it will come to a 10Gbps connection. And see if the LED indicator shows green.
